Payment & Financial Aid Terms and Conditions

1. Hybrid Homeschool Program Payment

  • Registration Deposit: A deposit of $75 per child is required to be paid at the time of enrollment. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. ​​

  • Monthly Payments are due by the 15th day of the prior month.

    • $345 per child - Full time, 5 day

    • $150 per child - Part time, 2 day

    • $75 per child - Part time, 1 day

  • Payment Methods: Families may make payments by check or a debit/credit card. 

  • Mid-Cycle Enrollments: For enrollments occurring after the start of the program term, the registration deposit is still applicable. Recurring payments will begin in the month the enrollment begins. Any start dates after the 15th of the month will reduce the monthly payment to $125 for that month only. Regular payment is still required for subsequent months. 

2. Withdrawals and Refunds 

  • For an enrolled child to withdraw from the program an email from the address on file or a written and signed notice from the parent/guardian must be received.

  • There will be no refunds for payments through the current month at the time of withdrawal. If payments were made for future months, that amount can either be refunded or donated to the ministry and this instruction should be made in the withdrawal notice. 

3. Discounts

  • Multi-Child Discount - Those families enrolling two or more children will receive a discount. After the first child at full price, each additional child enrolled from the same household will be charged:

    • $260 monthly - Full time, 5 day

    • 10% discount - Part time, 1 and 2 day

    • The multi-child discount(s) will apply to the youngest child(ren).

  • Parents/Guardians who volunteer will receive a discount according to the hours served:

    • 3 - 6 hours per week will receive a 5 percent discount.

    • 7 hours or more per week will received a 10 percent discount.

    • Volunteer discounts will be credited to the family's total monthly bill and applied on the next month's payment. 

4. State Required Standardized Testing  

  • Grace Family Learning Center provides test administration at the end of the Spring Semester. The cost is $45 per child. This is not a requirement of the program but parents can opt-in to this service.

  • Signups will occur in March and testing will take place during the final month of the program. 

5. Family Friday Fees and Requirements

  • For children enrolled in Family Friday, the fee will vary by event and will be posted on the registration page.

  • There are no discounts for Family Friday.

  • Payment must be made at the time of registration with a credit/debit card unless otherwise posted. 

  • Payments for Family Friday events are non-refundable.​​

6. Financial Assistance

  • We desire to make this support program available to all families. There is a need-based financial aid program to assist those families who demonstrate financial need. 

  • Applications will be provided and reviewed by the Board of Directors to determine assistance amounts based on the evaluated need and funds available for distribution.

  • Upon discussion and review of your situation we will provide a letter with an agreed upon monthly payment amount which will need to be signed, dated, and returned.

  • We do not discriminate on any basis within our program, including but not limited to enrollment, cost, or financial assistance. All decisions are made based on the information provided by the parent/guardian and our funds available at the time for aid. 

7. Non-Current Accounts

  • Accounts with a balance more than 15 days past due are considered past due. 

  • We reserve the right to deny children access to the program for past due accounts.

8. Closure or Modifications Due to Unforeseen or Events Out of Our Control 

  • Should events beyond the control of Grace Family Learning Center (“the Ministry”), including, but not limited to, any fire, act of God, hurricane, tornado, flood, extreme inclement weather, explosion, war (including armed conflict), governmental action, act of terrorism, risk of infectious illness, epidemic, pandemic, shortage or disruption of necessary utilities (water, electricity, etc.), or any other event beyond the Ministry's control, occur, the Ministry has the discretion to close and/or modify its operations, curriculum, schedules, length of program day, length of program year, and/or means of operation. Refunds are not guaranteed in any of these events. 
