Payment & Financial Aid Terms and Conditions
1. Hybrid Homeschool Program Payment

Sibling discounts are applied to the total

Payment Methods: Families may make payments by check, cash, or a debit/credit card.

Mid-Cycle Enrollments: For enrollments occurring after the start of the program term, all fees are still applicable. Recurring payments will begin in the month the enrollment begins.
2. Withdrawals and Refunds

A 30-day notice by message through your ClassReach Parent Portal is required for withdrawal from the program.

There are no refunds within the 30-day notice period.

There will be no refunds for payments through the current month at the time of withdrawal. If payments were made for future months, that amount can either be refunded or donated to the ministry and this instruction should be made in the withdrawal notice.
3. Discounts

Sibling discounts are applied to the total

Parents/Guardians who provide regular weekly volunteer hours will receive a discount according to the hours served:

3 - 6 hours per week will receive a 5 percent discount.

7 hours or more per week will received a 10 percent discount.

Volunteer discounts will be credited to the family's total monthly bill and applied on the next month's payment.

4. State Required Standardized Testing

Grace Family Learning Center provides test administration at the end of the Spring Semester. The cost is dependent upon the selected test each year. This is not a requirement of the program but parents can opt-in to this service
6. Financial Assistance

We desire to make this support program available to all families. There is a need-based financial aid program to assist those families who demonstrate financial need.

Applications will be provided and reviewed by the Board of Directors to determine assistance amounts based on the evaluated need and funds available for distribution.

Upon discussion and review of your situation we will provide a letter with an agreed upon monthly payment amount which will need to be signed, dated, and returned.

We do not discriminate on any basis within our program, including but not limited to enrollment, cost, or financial assistance. All decisions are made based on the information provided by the parent/guardian and our funds available at the time for aid.
7. Non-Current Accounts

Non-payment by the due date may result in one or more of the following: a late fee with a maximum of $50, student being denied attendance until payment is made, or dismissal from the program.
8. Closure or Modifications Due to Unforeseen or Events Out of Our Control

Should events beyond the control of Grace Family Learning Center (“the Ministry”), including, but not limited to, any fire, act of God, hurricane, tornado, flood, extreme inclement weather, explosion, war (including armed conflict), governmental action, act of terrorism, risk of infectious illness, epidemic, pandemic, shortage or disruption of necessary utilities (water, electricity, etc.), or any other event beyond the Ministry's control, occur, the Ministry has the discretion to close and/or modify its operations, curriculum, schedules, length of program day, length of program year, and/or means of operation. Refunds are not guaranteed in any of these events.
